Hi, I’m Winter

I’m a creative professional transitioning into film and animation production, with six years of international work experience in Taiwan and hands-on experience managing a long-term independent creative project from concept through publication.

Project Management Through Creative Work

Over the past several years, I’ve built The Imerian, an original fantasy IP spanning fiction, illustration, and products. As an independent creator, I’ve coordinated every stage of the project—from planning and documentation to creative development, production, and release. Along the way, I’ve managed revision cycles, coordinated feedback from editors and beta readers, organized schedules, and balanced multiple long-term deliverables.

These experiences strengthened my ability to communicate across different roles, stay organized, and keep complex projects moving forward. I’m excited to bring that same collaborative mindset and attention to detail into a studio production environment.
